HouseJames Pratt founded Boston Basement Technologies In 1984. Trained in construction and mechanical backgrounds, James' main function was to provide an effective and economical alternative to the solutions that were available for basement water problems. New York Basement Technologies, Inc., owned and operated by Dennis Catalano, now operates out of Dutchess County, NY, serving Dutchess, Putnam, Westchester and Orange counties. We are trained and supported by Basement Technologies, Inc. and use exclusive patented materials. Basement Technologies designs, patents, and manufactures all of our products incorporated in our installations. We are licensed and certified dealers, following Boston Basement Technologies' methods, ideology and ethics, as set forth by our parent company, Boston Basement Technologies, Inc.
